Mella Cosmetix Booking Policy: 30% Non-refundable Deposit Requirement
At Mella Cosmetix, we strive to offer exceptional service to every client. To ensure we can accommodate your appointment and provide the best experience possible, we require a 30% deposit to secure all bookings.
Booking Process:
A non-refundable 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
The deposit will be applied towards your total service cost.
Your appointment is not secured until the deposit has been received.
Rescheduling & Cancellations:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of the deposit.
Late Arrivals:
We understand that things happen, but please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited.

1. Booking in Advance:
WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT CLIENTS BOOK THEIR BOTOX APPOINTMENTS AT LEAST 5 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THEIR DESIRED APPOINTMENT DATE. THIS ALLOWS US TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR SCHEDULE AND PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CARE.
2. BOOKING FEE:
A 30% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE IS REQUIRED TO SECURE YOUR APPOINTMENT. THIS FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR TOTAL BALANCE ON THE DAY OF YOUR SERVICE.
3. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING:
APPOINTMENTS CAN BE RESCHEDULED UP TO 48 HOURS PRIOR WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CHARGES; HOWEVER, THE 30% BOOKING FEE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT ENTIRELY.
CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL FEES.
4. LATE ARRIVALS:
ARRIVING LATE MAY RESULT IN A SHORTENED APPOINTMENT OR REQUIRE RESCHEDULING, AS A COURTESY TO OTHER CLIENTS.
